Sunset surf & turf, Alnmouth

A break in the cloud on the horizon to the west, forced a mad dash down to Church Hill. I literally got set up and took this one shot in the three minute window of light that evening. Rising sea mist from a giant swell hammering  the coast, created some drama and a lovely atmosphere. It has taken me scores of visits over 14yrs of trying, to eventually get good light at this spot!
