Twilight, Holy Island

With the tide coming in and visitors leaving, I had the harbour to myself. Everything was so calm and still. A mist was gently forming out to sea. As I took this 20 second exposure, the very faint and almost inaudible sound of a slow air tune being played on a solitary penny whistle, drifted across from the far side of the estuary at Guile Point. One of the most beautiful, serene moments I’ve ever had, quite moving.
